Items purchased online can be returned within a month of purchase through our online process. YiozaJewels offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

You may return your items to us for the following reason:

-If the item is faulty, depending on the fault we may either repair the item, replace it or provide a refund.

-If you do not love your YiozaJewels product, you may exchange it.

Note *Items must be returned with the original condition and packaging.

*Proof of purchase is accompanied with the return item.

*You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and postage cost of the new item.
