How do I care for my jewelry?
YiozaJewels pieces use high-quality plating over brass base metal and 92.5 silver. For Brass base metal regular polishing will reduce tarnishing which may occur over time. 925 sterling silver is long lasting but good-care is an important part of preserving its longevity. Otherwise, it poses the risk of fading quickly over time.
-Always remove jewellery when you shower or swim and protect from moisture, heat and chemicals.
-Avoid applying creams, spraying perfume or using chemicals near your jewellery.
-Store jewellery out of direct sunlight and humidity, in an airtight pouch or box.
PAYMENTS, SHIPPING & RETURNS
Which payment types do you accept?
Master, Visa and American Express credit cards, Paypal and Afterpay.
What is after pay?
Pay for your purchase over four equal instalments, due every two weeks. Afterpay makes it simple to pay when it suits you best.
Who do you ship with?
YiozaJewels uses Australia Post and Sendle for shipping.
Where do you ship from?
YiozaJewels ships from Sydney, New South Wale.
What is the timeframe to send out the product?
All YiozaJewels orders placed online will be sent out within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). However, this is subject to delays and is not guaranteed.
Shipping enquiries
Who can we contact to in regarding to the dispatch issue?
YiozaJewels does not accept responsibility for orders after they have been dispatched. All delivery enquiries will need to be forwarded to Australia Post (domestic) on 13 76 78.
YiozaJewels does not accept responsibility for delivery address errors or errors made by Australia Post or Sendle after dispatch.
Any address errors made by the customer at the time of ordering will incur an additional postage fee for the parcel to be re-sent out.
Tracking
Do you provide tracking for delivery?
Customers will be provided with an order number with tracking for delivery via email or text message. Customers will be able to track the status and movements of your order via Australia Post or Sendle.
RETURN FEES
Do you accept return?
YiozaJewels will accept an exchange or store credit only for change of mind or incorrect ring sizing strictly within 30 days of purchase date. The product must be in original packaging, brand new condition & with the original receipt of purchase or invoice.
Customers must cover postage back to YiozaJewels, and also provide freight or cost of shipping for exchanges.
Return packages must be shipped using a tracking number and wrapped securely to avoid any damages during shipping. YiozaJewels is not responsible for any lost or damaged items when returning the product.
Do you accept refund?
YiozaJewels does not refund unless in the case of a manufacturing fault.
